Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms
By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services are provided to support individuals with dyslexia and related neurodivergent profiles.
2. Cancellations & Fees
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an assessment date.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 14 days' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice will result in the loss of the deposit, and the full fee may still be payable if the slot cannot be filled.
For tuition, please provide 24 hours' notice for any cancellations to avoid being charged for the session.
3. Assessment Reports
Reports are provided for the sole use of the client and their educational setting.
While we provide recommendations for exam access, the final decision remains with the relevant exam boards and the school’s SENCo.
4. Professional Conduct
We aim to provide a supportive and safe environment for all students.
We reserve the right to terminate a session if the environment is deemed unsuitable for a professional assessment or lesson.
5. Assessment Requirements
It is a condition of the assessment that a child has had a full eye test with an optician within the last two years.
If the child "Often" experiences symptoms such as headaches or moving text as outlined in our Visual Questionnaire, a further check with an optometrist is required before the dyslexia assessment can proceed.
